Aleksandra Simic Nenezic is Compliance officer and Data Privacy officer for Serbia and Montenegro at Novartis Pharma Services Inc., one of the largest innovative healthcare companies in the world. In addition to her responsibilities at Novartis Pharma Services, Aleksandra is head of the Compliance working group at INOVIA, a local pharma industry association. Before joining Novartis she worked as legal counsel for EMEA at Valeant Pharmaceuticals, where she was in charge of corporate matters, cross-border transactions, and negotiation of distribution deals. Prior to her in-house engagements she worked as an Associate in the Belgrade office of Schoenherr and then as an independent attorney at law. Aleksandra is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade and an MBA candidate at the Cotrugli Business School. /p>

Bogdan Ivanišević

Bogdan Ivanišević

Bogdan is the leader of the firm’s intellectual property practice since 2012. He also heads the firm’s media & entertainment and life sciences sectors and leads data protection & privacy team. Bogdan has a specialisation in intellectual property law from the American University, Washington College of Law, and an LLM in International Legal Studies from the same university. He obtained his LLB at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. He is founder, editor and major contributor to BDK’s intellectual property and data protection blogs. He has also contributed to leading intellectual property law blogs and magazines, such as The IP Kat, the 1709 Blog and IPPro The Internet. Prior to launching a career in intellectual property law, Bogdan spent 12 years working as a human rights researcher and lawyer for Human Rights Watch and the International Centre for Transitional Justice. He has maintained interest in criminal law and is involved in firm’s work in that area.

Dino Aganovic

Gligorije has been with his company for over eight years after serving as an Advisor to the Management Board with Delta Generali Osiguranje between November 2007 and June 2009. Prior to that he was the Head of the Compliance Department at Raiffeisen Banka Beograd from November 2003 to November 2007. Earlier still, he worked as a Senior Legal Advisor for one year with ProCredit Bank. Brajkovic is a Graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade.

Mirko Lalatovic

Mirko Lalatović is the Head of Compliance, Central and Northern Europe (CENE) at Fresenius Medical Care. After graduating from the University of Law in Belgrade in 2006, he joined the Belgrade office of one of the world’s largest law firms DLA Piper. In summer 2007, he obtained French Government scholarship for Master studies at Paris 1 Panthéon – Sorbonne, one of the oldest universities in the world where I finished my Master studies in Business Law and Economy. After finishing Master studies at Sorbonne, Lalatović joined Bratislava office of the international law firm Kinstellar. When Kinstellar opened Belgrade office in 2010, he returned to Belgrade and worked there as an attorney-at law until October 2015 when he joined Fresenius Medical Care, a NYSE company, which is the world’s largest producer of the kidney dialysis equipment and largest private provider of dialysis treatments in the world, having more than 110,000 employees worldwide. As of January 2018, he was appointed as Head of Compliance for Central and Northern Europe in Fresenius Medical Care, a region covering 15 EU countries, including Germany, Austria, Swtizerland, Scandinavian and Baltic countries, as well as Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland.

Nikolov is responsible for handling all corporate issues in the field of law, investments, and business negotiations. Before joining EnduroSat, Nikolov spent over ten years with Overgas where he developed significant expertise in the energy industry. Overgas, which is joint owned by Gazprom, is Bulgaria’s largest private gas distribution company. There Nikolov grew a team of in-house lawyers, helping to create a better climate for business. This resulted in a number of successful administrative and court cases before the European Commission (DG COMP and DG EN) and the National Supreme Courts in which Nikolov and the legal team played a direct role. Before joining Overgas, Vladislav Nikolov worked at the Commission on Protection of Competition (CPC). In this intense environment he acquired knowledge of a number of different business areas. He holds a master of law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and holds a master’s degree in European Law from the same university and the University of Nancy.
